Our advisory services to companies include the entire area of on-the-job labour law, including collective bargaining law, restructuring activities according to industrial law, and assistance in negotiations with works councils. We also advise our clients regarding the settlement of conflicting interests and compensation plans and accompany them through conciliation board procedures and decision-making procedures. When so commissioned by our clients, we also draw up employment contracts and carry through labour law processes with the labour courts.
