This requires that we represent the rights of our clients in liability proceedings, defend them against damage claims for allegedly rendering faulty services or allegedly putting faulty products into circulation (product liability).
- In the field of investment law and the conception of capital investment models we carry out legal studies for our clients to ensure that no damage claims will arise in future and give them our opinion on sales brochures and advertising brochures. We scrutinize brochures for liability risks in light of the latest standards of the Institute of German Certified Public Accountants and in view of current laws on liability for the contents of brochures.
