Sales rights
- Over the years, our law firm has steadily expanded its activities in the area of national sales rights for commercial agents and distributors. This field of activity includes the ascertainment and the extrajudicial and judicial recognition of claims for adjustment and other rights stemming from marketing agreements. We also draw up commercial agent contracts and other marketing agreements. The conceptualisation and development of sales and marketing organizations and the creation of other types of agreements are just as much a part of our activities in this area as laws governing international commercial agents and distributors.
